What makes VFL unique from other Human Service Organizations is the CEO, Traci Sheard, utilizes travel as therapy. She found that travel promotes emotional well being, increases problem solving skills, contributes to physical health and a myriad of other intangible benefits.
Visions for Life, was initially created by Traci Sheard to assist transient youth in Baltimore City. After realizing the need for more than just housing, VFL evolved into a comprehensive Human Service Organization providing resources and treatment for the city's youth and their families. It is Traci's believe that providing love, understanding, and realized purpose, life will be more fulfilling for those who accept it.

Passport Clubs
The goal of "B.O.B." and "K.I.N.G." is to provide opportunities for young women and young men to experience life outside of their comfort zone, evoking desires of achieving more fulfilling, healthy, and prosperous lives through mentoring and travel.
